This 4 Hour Virtual Workshop is limited to 6 people to give you individualized attention and time to create your Event in a Box!

Our goal is to give you the clarity, confidence and momentum you need to create an event that SHINES - without unnecessary stress, overwhelm or burning out in the process! 

What to Expect

Award-winning event creator, Marly Q., will walk you through her fast & proven 8 step "SMARTEST" event planning formula to discover your overall vision and goals. Then, our Queen of Logistics, Romaine Brown Palmer, will dive deep into extracting all of your event logistics, production and management needs. Together, we'll create your Master Event Checklist which will include all the To-Do's before, during and after your event, your Budget Template, Program Template, Team Assignments and (so much) more! If that sounds like a lot ... you're welcome! ;)  We'll make sure you know what to do and, perhaps more importantly, what NOT to do - so that you don't waste any time, energy or money making common mistakes. Not to mention, we'll have a lot of FUN in the process!

Meet your Event Team

Marly Q., CEO (Chief Event Officer), has an impressive track record creating hundreds of successful large and small scale events for municipalities, universities, corporations and nonprofits in South Florida since 2010 and has been recognized by BizBash as “Fundraising Event Planner of the Year”. A Masters in Higher Education and over 10,000 hours of experience planning, producing and managing all kinds of events have well equipped her to teach people and organizations how to create profitable events that maximize their income & impact in the communities they serve.

Romaine Brown-Palmer, Queen of Logistics, is the CEO of The Executive Administrative Group and has been an integral part of Team Marly Q. since 2015 making all the event planning magic happen behind the scenes for our clients. Romaine's gift is in creating processes and filling the gaps in information needed to run successful events from a logistics perspective. She's a true collaborator who works especially well with teams to empower them and make sure no steps get missed before, during and after to create a seamless event experience.
